Why the Rally of Crypto Currencies is starting now

As I mentioned in a previous post, the Bitcoin Rally will have to start in October or November 2020, according to past chart analysis. It has happened three times, always after the Bitcoin Halving, that the price shot up about 6 months later. Of course, this mechanism may not always prove to be true, but the chart technique can predict quite a bit.

Which could also be another reason

As already mentioned in my page www.blockchainguru.ch, the top 10% invest about 1% of their assets in Bitcoin and other known crypto currencies. About a week ago, a large asset manager invested $50 million in Bitcoin, which represented exactly 1% of its assets under management. The Bitcoin price reached the last days a jump of 11000$ from meanwhile 13000$ and one knows that it can go very fast in the Kryptowelt. Maybe he makes a big jump forward again and again, then down again a little bit, only to climb again at full speed.

Where is the border?

I think it’s quite possible that it will break the all-time high now and maybe go up to $50,000 and then drop sharply again, so many people will suffer a temporary loss as they will buy at the highest point. It was late 2017, where many bought at $20,000 and the Bitcoin then slammed down to $3,000. Many then sold at a loss. If they had waited, they might soon have been back in the black. You have to take that into account and not think that you will be rich overnight with investments in Bitcoin.

What should you do?

I buy a small amount of Bitcoin and Ethereum every week and get a good average price. I don’t look at the course all the time and I don’t mind resets. I know that it is an independent currency and is not created out of nothing like our worthless paper money. It costs to produce Bitcoin and, above all, the limited amount of inflation has put a stop to it.

I firmly believe that people will recognize the benefits of Bitcoin and will increasingly join this independent system. This way the value will rise steadily and you will have escaped inflation. Instead of leaving its money on the bank, where it loses annually about 2% at value, Bitcoin and also other crypto currencies such as Ethereum and the other established crypto currencies offers a good and profitable alternative.
